Pet Pals TV: Tails and Trails Rescue

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Patty Spitler from Pet Pals TV stopped by News 8 at Midday on Thursday to talk about a central Indiana rescue that recently saved 28 dogs from deplorable conditions in Tennessee.

Moe Tibbetts, who is the director of Tails and Trails Rescue, spoke about the rescue mission and how interested Hoosiers can apply to adopt the surviving dogs.

She also explained why she established the rescue more than 10 years ago.

“They just need us,” she said.
