INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Another round of mild temperatures are expected Sunday.
Highs should reach the mid to upper 50s Sunday afternoon, running almost 20 degrees above the average high for the end of January.
A cold front setting up just to our west will approach the state Sunday afternoon.
Ahead of the front, expect clouds to increase along with a few isolated sprinkles through early afternoon.
Better rain chances should arrive by mid to late afternoon, and continue through Sunday evening as the front crosses the state. Rainfall amounts will be relatively light. Rain will move out just after midnight.
Dry conditions return Monday, but we are expecting a chance for strong to severe storms Tuesday afternoon for parts of central Indiana.
