Statewide Silver Alert canceled for missing 64-year-old woman

UPDATE: At 1:15 p.m. on April 28, ISP announced the cancellation of this Silver Alert.

VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Vermillion County woman.

According to the Indiana State Police, 64-year-old Deborah Pierson has been missing since Tuesday, April 28 at 2 a.m.

Pierson is described as a white woman, who is 5′ tall, weighs 101 pounds and has black hair and green eyes.

At the time of her disappearance, she wearing wearing white pajamas and capri-style pants.

Police say Pierson is believed to be in danger and may be in need of medical attention.
