INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Most people, when attempting to shed a few pounds, focus their attention on working out and eating healthier.
While those are two important aspects to concentrate on for weight loss, there is one other, often overlooked, area to think about during a weight loss journey.
Stretching is also something to consider when improving personal health.
Stretching helps keep muscles flexible, healthy and strong which helps to provide for a better range of motion.
Additionally, there are specific muscle areas to focus on while stretching and even specific stretches to do.
