‘Super City: Where Heroes Unite!’ exhibit added to 2019 Indiana State Fair
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The theme for the 2019 Indiana State Fair is “Heroes in the Heartland.” Farmers, educators, members of the military, first responders and others will be honored and recognized during the fair’s run this August.
However, another type of superhero will also be making appearances during the 2019 Indiana State Fair. “Super City: Where Heroes Unite!” a new exhibit will feature some of your favorite and most beloved comic book characters.
Those in attendance will be able to meet and take photos with such characters as Iron Man, Black Panther, Thor, Captain America and others.
The following characters are expected to on these dates:
- 8/2 – Spider-Man
- 8/3 – Black Panther
- 8/4 – Iron Man
- 8/5 – Captain America
- 8/6 – Star Lord
- 8/7 – HULK
- 8/8 – Thor
- 8/9 – Ant Man
- 8/10 – Spider-Man
- 8/11 – Black Panther
- 8/12 – Superman
- 8/13 – The Flash
- 8/14 – Wonder Woman
- 8/15 – Wonder Woman
- 8/16 – Batman
- 8/17 – Green Lantern
- 8/18 – Batman
According to the Indiana State Fair, the meet and greets will happen at noon, 2 p.m, 4 p.m., and 6 p.m. with each session will running approximately 90 minutes on the scheduled days.
The 2019 Indiana State Fair is August 2-18.
