Symphony on the Prairie retains primary sponsor

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) – Symphony on the Prairie’s title sponsor is renewing its support through 2018.

Marsh has been the primary sponsor for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s summer concert series at Conner Prairie since 1982.

“This tremendous partnership has turned a humble summer concert series into a community-wide tradition, and most importantly, allows us to make the series an accessible entertainment option for hundreds of thousands of patrons every year,” said Gary Ginstling, CEO of the ISO.

When the series began, the ISO had eight concerts per summer. This summer, there were 29 concerts.

The concerts run through Labor Day. The remaining concerts are Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, A Frank Sinatra Tribute with Steve Lippia, Blues Traveler, The Hit Men and the Music of Elvis.
