INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Ordering takeout on Tuesday could help those in need.

That’s because on Tuesday, 22 restaurants in the Indianapolis area will take part in “Take-out Tuesday.”

Local restaurants will donate 15 to 22% of their sales to the food banks.

GroupRaise, the company in charge of the national event, says the goal is to raise money for a cause deeply impacted by COVID-19 while keeping restaurants connected to their communities.
