INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Thanksgiving is quickly approaching. It’s normally a time reserved for football, family and food.
Kaitlyn Wong, a registered dietitian with Community Health Network, was on Daybreak Thursday.
She shared some nutritional knowledge ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Wong talked about whether cooking stuffing inside a turkey is completely or not, if it’s good to avoid calories ahead of a big meal and if turkey actually does make you sleepy.
