INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Gyms started reopening a few weeks ago.
If you’re tired of firing up a video to workout at home, there are things you can do to set yourself up for success of getting back into a routine.
Health coach Mike Granato, from Community Health, stopped by Daybreak Thursday.
He discussed a number of helpful hints and tips to make going to the gym a habit once again.
Some of what he says includes doing what you enjoy doing at the gym and to not overdo it and to focus on a combination of cardiovascular, resistance training and flexibity/mobility.
