Part of keeping your heart healthy involves eating the right way, which includes reading and understanding nutrition labels.

Kaitlyn Wong, a dietician with Community Health, stopped by Daybreak Monday.

She talked about some of the nutritional facts to look for and what those facts and figures actually mean.
