Volunteer electricians put up holiday lights on Monument Circle in preparation for Circle of Lights
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Volunteers from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers 481 joined forces Saturday morning to string together holiday lights on the Soldiers & Sailors Monument in preparation for the Circle of Lights.
The event will take place Nov. 26.
