Local organization receives $1 million award
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Mind Trust was recently awarded a $1 million dollar grant to assist in its mission.
The Mind Trust, a local, non-profit group, works to improve access to quality education for public school students in Indianapolis.
They received the $1 million grant from The Eli Lilly and Company Foundation.
The Mind Trust will use the grant to grow its Innovation School Fellowship, to expand their Education Entrepreneur Fellowship and to broaden their community engagement.
The grant money will be received between 2016 and 2018.
