Man found dead with ‘undisclosed trauma’ ID’d as 70-year-old

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A 70-year-old was identified Monday as the man found dead last week in a house in Irvington, the Marion County Coroner’s Office said. 

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers found Franklin Foulks dead from “undisclosed trauma.” The coroner’s office said the manner and cause of death are pending.

Officers were sent to check on the welfare of a person about 4 p.m. May 30 at Foulks’ home in the 800 block of North Hawthorne Lane. That’s near Ellenberger Park.

Police have released no information about a suspect.
