COVID-19 and the future of personal privacy

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The COVID-19 aftermath could mean the end of personal privacy, according to a CNN article published online. 

On Tuesday, WISH-TV News 8’s medical reporter, Dr. Mary Gillis, D.Ed., discussed the types of privacy invasions including the possibility of airports requiring passenger DNA samples and why all phone calls could be monitored by the government.

She also talked about if cross border travel might be contingent on other countries willingness to provide citizens’ data.
