How to manage stress, anxiety during the holidays

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Thanksgiving will be the first time many families have large gatherings since the pandemic changed the world so suddenly.

That can add additional anxiety to a holiday season that is already stressful and chaotic for many.

Dr. Danielle Henderson, a clinical psychologist with IU Health, came on Daybreak on Saturday to give some advice on how to effectively manage anxiety and stress during the holiday season.
