News 8’s medical reporter makes Indy Style debut, talks challenges of health behavior change

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – News 8’s medical reporter, Dr. Mary Gillis, D.Ed., made her debut on Indy Style this morning. Gillis discussed the complexities of health and the elements that contribute to it such as the environment, social interactions and current behaviors to name a few.

She also spoke about the process of health behavior change which include awareness and understanding to attitude and beliefs as well as why health behavior change is one of the most difficult challenges a person can face.
