Social media attachment styles: Which one are you?

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat have taken over the digital world — for better or for worse — and the way we use these platforms tells us a lot about ourselves.

News 8 spoke with psychologist Paula Durlofsky, who discussed the three most common social media attachment styles. Durlofsky also talked about the negative effects of mindless scrolling, how early childhood experiences shape our digital habits even as adults, and tips for improving your relationship with social media.
