Missing Fort Wayne woman possibly ‘in extreme danger;’ Silver Alert issued

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued as police in Allen County search for a missing Fort Wayne woman.

Cynthia Lynn Adamson, 43, was last seen around 9 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities said she is 5 feet 8 and 190 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

She may be driving a red 2011 Toyota Pruis with Indiana plate AZJ205. She may have 2 dogs and a cat in the vehicle with her, authorities said.

Police said Adamson may be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
