Morning SWAT situation ends peacefully
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A SWAT situation ended peacefully Thursday morning on the near north side of Indianapolis.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officials said it started around 9 a.m. Thursday near 23rd Street and Capitol Avenue. Officers say a man was barricaded with a gun.
Police say the man eventually surrendered to police, and no one else was inside the house.
