7/11 baby has $7,111 head start in college fund thanks to convenience store chain

ST. LOUIS (CNN) — A St. Louis woman who gave birth on July 11 at 7:11 p.m. to a girl who weighed seven pounds and 11 ounces got a nice gift from the 7-Eleven convenience store chain.
Not only did the company send a 7-Eleven onesie to mother Rachel Langford, but they also pledged thousands of dollars towards a college fund for the newborn — $7,111 to be exact.
Langford called the college fund a “real blessing.”
