INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Ever wonder what the most Googled Halloween costume is? Now, there’s a website that will tell you.

Google created Frightgeist to “Conjure up Halloween’s most popular costumes.”

According to the website, over 3 billion searches on Google happen every day. Now Google News Lap is putting the date to use with Frightgeist.

Frightgeist used Google trends to pull together the top 500 costumes in the U.S. The number one costume this year is Harley Quinn, followed by Star Wars and superhero costumes.

In Indiana the top costumes were Batman, Maleficent and Harley Quinn.
