Woman saves Amazon boxes for months to pull off hilarious April Fool’s Day prank on husband

GREEN BAY, Wisc. (WFLA) – A Wisconsin woman is getting a lot of attention online for a hilarious April Fool’s Day prank on her husband that took months to plan.

For the past six months, Maureen Pritchard has saved all of the Amazon boxes that have been delivered to her house, as well as boxes from her sister and parents.

On April Fool’s Day, she took all of those boxes and placed them in a pile on her front porch, making it look like they had just been delivered. And that’s exactly what her husband thought when he got home from work.

Pritchard was inside recording through the front window when her husband Rob pulled into the driveway. Video shows him get out of his car and stare in shock at the boxes before coming inside.

At that point, Pritchard thought her husband had caught on to the prank. But once he was inside the house, she says he kept asking what all of the boxes were.

“I had to explain that it was 6 months of saved boxes, from us, my parents and my sister!” Pritchard wrote in her post. “April Fools!”

Pritchard added, “You have no idea how many people slowed down or stopped in front of our house all day today!”

People on Facebook are absolutely loving her prank. The post has thousands of likes, shares and comments applauding her for her creativity.
