INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Losing weight is an objective of many, many people. However, how they go about doing so is always varied and different.
One of the latest popular diet trends is something called “intermittent fasting.”
Katie Hake, a dietitian from IU Health, stopped by Daybreak Thursday morning.
She explained what exactly “intermittent fasting” is, they type of person this new kind of diet is designed for and the sustainability of the weight loss regimen.
