New screening process could speed up airport security

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Delta is helping TSA speed up their security lines.

These new lines enable up to five customers to fill their individual bins simultaneously and move through the screening process quickly.

The lanes will also utilize a parallel conveyor system that automatically returns empty bins to the front of the line.

In other business news, children are getting their first smartphones around age 10 on average.

According to the Research Firm Influence Central, that’s down from age 12 in 2012.

The experts say much of the decision depends on the child and their ability to handle the responsibility but most experts seem to think between 12 and 14 is the best age.
