New vaping law could put Indiana stores out of business

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indiana’s new vaping law could put some operators out of business.

New regulations in Indiana are causing headaches for those in the vaping and e-cigarette business.

The rules require any company that wants to produce e-liquid for sale in Indiana to be certified by a security firm by June 30.

So far only one security firm in the entire country qualifies to perform that work under the new law.

Lafayette based Mulhaupt’s has approved only six producers, shutting out many existing competitors.
