NFL hopefuls give back to kids

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) –  Hut, hut, hike!  One local group of kids got the opportunity to see, firsthand, what it takes to make it in the NFL.

Patients from the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent went through a mock NFL Combine.

14 players hoping to hear their name called during April’s 2015 NFL draft, preparing at the St. Vincent Sports Performance, took time to give back.

The children were put through similar drills and competitions that those hoping to make it onto an NFL roster are run through.

The children also had the chance to hangout and talk with the NFL hopefuls.

Today everyone was a winner.
