One more hot day

A heat advisory remains in effect until 8pm this evening. Highs today will be in the lower 90s. Scattered storms will develop this afternoon and evening. There is a marginal risk for severe weather. The main threats will be gusty winds and hail.

Cooler and less humid air will arrive on Friday and continue into the weekend. Highs tomorrow will be in the lower 80s along with lots of sunshine. Make those weekend plans as sunshine will dominate Saturday and Sunday. Highs will be in the low to middle 80s along with comfortable humidity.

The 8 day outlook brings hot and humid weather back into the Ohio Valley next week. Isolated storms will be possible on Tuesday and again on Thursday. Better enjoy the weekend.
