Paul McCartney coming to Fort Wayne for concert
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — After a promise of a historic concert announcement, the people at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum revealed Paul McCartney will appear at the venue next year.
The concert is set to happen Monday, June 3. Tickets go on sale Monday, September 17.
McCartney’s show is part of his Freshen Up Tour, which includes other stops in the Midwest including Madison, Wisconsin and Lexington, Kentucky.
The former Beatle released a new album called ‘Egypt Station’ on Friday. A download of the new music comes with the purchase of a ticket.
McCartney has made several stops in Indianapolis over the years, but has never been in the Summit City.
