Pendleton man faces child pornography, exploitation charges
A 48-year-old man is in Madison County jail after a tip led Indiana State Police to arrest him in connection with child exploitation, promotion of human trafficking and possession of child pornography.
Indiana State Police say they received an anonymous tip in January, prompting an investigation into Jeffrey Kramer, of Pendleton.
The man is accused of grooming an underaged girl who lives in another state and who he found on a dating website. Police say Kramer had images of the girl as well.
Kramer faces 46 preliminary felony charges in all, 30 of which pertain to the possession of child pornography.
