Police arrest woman after she becomes upset, attacks officers
BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Police arrested a woman after she became upset and attacked officers.
The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department said while they were investigating a hit-and-run incident at South Aspen Road and Brush Creek Tuesday at 10 p.m., Barbara Kennedy, 47 of Elizabethtown, because upset she was unable to drive down the road and began attacking officers.
Kennedy faces preliminary charges that include:
- Disorderly conduct
- Resisting arrest
- Battery on a police officer
She has since been release on a $12,000 bond.
