Police: Canoeist found safe in White River
FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) – The Fishers Police Department confirmed that a canoeist was found safe on Thursday in the White River.
The person was located between Conner Prairie and 116 Street, according to Fishers Police Department Officer, Tom Weger.
This case was not a missing person investigation, but was classified by officials as a swift water rescue.
