Police continue to look for hit-and-run driver 4 years later
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Detectives in Indianapolis said on Wednesday they were re-releasing a public service announcement on the anniversary of a fatal hit-and-run.
Police say on March 4, 2011, 13-year-old Hadleigh Cave was walking southbound on South Franklin Road when she was hit by a car and thrown from the roadway.
The driver did not stop to help or even call 911. Detectives continue to look for a Toyota Camry between the model years of 2002 and 2006. The vehicle would have damage on the passenger side and the passenger side mirror.
