Police investigating Lafayette armed home invasion
LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Lafayette police are investigating an armed home invasion.
24-Hour News 8 partner station, reported that police said around 10:30 Saturday evening, officers were called to a home in the 2200 block of Underwood Street in Lafayette. The caller told police that two masked males entered the home with guns and left with property and cash. The victim said men made specific requests for property, which led the victim to believe that this was not a random act. The victim also said that he didn’t know the men, but believed they may have mutual acquaintances. There were no injuries reported.
