Police locate missing 17-year-old girl

Edgewood Police Department said in a message to News 8 that Cassie Stewart and Amir Holmes have been located.

EDGEWOOD, Ind. (WISH) — Police are seeking the public’s help to find a missing 17-year-old in Madison County. 

Cassandra “Cassie” Stewart was last seen leaving the town of Edgewood, just east of Anderson, about 5 p.m. Friday, on a teal mountain bike. 

A Facebook post from Edgewood Police Department described Cassie as 5 feet, 5 inches and 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. 

The police department also would like to speak with Amir Holmes, who may have been the last person in contact with Cassie on Friday.
