Professor holds student’s baby so he can take notes

(CNN) — A student at Morehouse College couldn’t find a babysitter for his infant daughter, so he had to bring her along to his algebra class.

What his professor did next has everybody’s hearts melting.

Upon noticing the special guest in class, the professor, Nathan Alexander offered to carry the infant for the entire lecture so the student could take notes.

Alexander said he’s carried kids for students before, and that his aim is to provide opportunities for students and to build a community.

The professor also said the baby was well behaved and even started to fall asleep during his lecture.
