Ribbon cutting for state’s newest psychiatric hospital

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH)  – A ribbon cutting was held Friday morning for the state’s newest psychiatric hospital.

Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch was in attendance for the grand opening for the new Neuro Diagnostic Institute.

It’s the first new psychiatric hospital in the state in more than 50 years.

It’ll focus on evaluation and treatment for patients with the most challenging and complex neuro-psychiatric illnesses.

It’s located on East 16th Street.
