Robbery at Terre Haute gas station
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – The Terre Haute Police Department is investigating an early morning robbery at the Speedway gas station on Wabash Avenue.
THPD reports the robbery happened around 1:20 a.m. on Thursday at the Speedway located at 2135 Wabash Avenue.
The attendant who was working at the time reported a black male entered the store wearing a hooded jacket that was covering his face. Officials report the suspect made threats and demanded money from the register.
After being given an ‘undisclosed amount of money’ the suspect took off on foot.
