Scattered showers will continue into Thursday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Scattered rain showers and cool conditions can be expected Wednesday evening.

Wednesday night:
Scattered rain showers will continue tonight as isolated thunderstorms are possible mainly south of Interstate 70.  You can prepare for breezy and cool conditions overnight as temperatures fall to the low 50s.

Thursday:
Areas of dense fog will develop early and drivers should use caution as fog will reduce visibility in spots. Showers will continue on and off throughout the day on Thursday. Isolated thunderstorms will bring heavy downpours and gusty winds. We’re warming up Thursday afternoon as temperatures warm to the upper 60s.

Friday:
We finally dry out under mostly sunny skies Friday. Expect a fantastic Friday as temperatures warm to the upper 60s. Winds will increase out of the north at 20 – 25 mph.

8 Day forecast:
Much cooler conditions are expected Saturday. Scattered rain showers will once again develop Saturday afternoon. Temperatures will only warm to the low 60s on Saturday and Sunday. We’ll track the chance for isolated showers Sunday with numerous showers and storms possible next week.
