Shelter provides update on dog severely burned

SHELBY COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – An area shelter has provided an update on a dog that had been badly burned.

Justice, a dog found wondering the streets in November in Shelby County, was taken in by the shelter. The animal had suffered severe chemical burns.

The shelter posted new photos to social media saying that Justice is now the heaviest he’s ever weighed and does not required the use of a catheter anymore.

The shelter went on to say that Justice’s tail never stops wagging.

Authorities are still looking for whoever is responsible for inflicting the burns upon Justice.

The shelter is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
