Showers to make for a soggy Thursday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A damp start to the morning with a few spots picking up on patchy fog. Most of the fog will stay in southern Indiana with light sprinkles scattered through the morning drive.

Showers will expand out through late morning and early afternoon with a better chance of showers and storms during the afternoon. Highs for the day topping out in the lower 60s. Rain will stick around through the overnight with some pockets of some heavier rain. Lows will cool to the lower 50s.

Indianapolis (WISH)

Early Friday morning there could be a few lingering showers in eastern Indiana with clouds rapidly decreasing allowing for lots of sunshine to close out the work week. Highs will warm to the mid-60s through the afternoon.

Dry time will be short lived with shower chances returning during the day on Saturday with scattered light rain possible through the afternoon with highs cooling to the lower 60s. Luckily, the rain will move out to enjoy Sunday with highs behind the cold front cooling to the upper 50s. Next week will be a soggy and unsettled week with daily chances of showers and storms. Highs will warm to the 70s.
