INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – We’re almost a month into 2020.

How is that new year’s resolution doing? Getting fit may have sounded great a few weeks ago, but now it may be a little hard to get motivated.

Health coach Mike Granato, from Community Health Network, stopped by Daybreak Monday morning.

He provided some helpful tips to help you get motivated and hit those goals.

Some of his advice included setting short-term goals around things in your control, do exercises that you enjoy and get started as soon as possible.
