INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – It’s now the middle of March and the NCAA tournament is just around the corner.
However, with all the fun and excitement that comes with the college basketball tournament, it can also be a stressful time.
Dr. Danielle Henderson with IU Health stopped by Daybreak on Saturday.
She discussed how to differentiate between excitement and anxiety, ways to calm yourself during stressful situations and what to avoid if stress does become an issue.
