Tipton police investigating financial fraud, theft
TIPTON, Ind. (WISH) — Police in Tipton are seeking the public’s assistance in tracking down a woman they believe committed fraud.
The incident happened on June 26 at a financial institution in Tipton.
Police believe the woman seen in the video may have connections to Madison County.
