Tracking storms through the weekend
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — After a brief dry period Friday, rain and storms will be returning for the weekend.
Friday night:
Temperatures will remain mild overnight with lows in the mid 60s.
Saturday:
We will start the weekend with damp and mild conditions. Expect scattered showers and storms throughout the morning, bringing heavy downpours and gusty winds. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible again Saturday.
Sunday:
Sunday will be another wet day with several rounds of showers and thunderstorms. We are under the risk for isolated strong to severe storms. Prepare for a very warm and muggy day Sunday with high temperatures in the mid to upper 80s. With humidity, it will feel like the 90s Sunday afternoon.

We will track the chance for isolated showers and storms for much of next week. We settle into a summer pattern next week with warm and muggy afternoons. Rain and storm chances will decrease by the middle of the week.
