U-Haul truck needs hauled out of house
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A U-Haul truck crashed into an empty home Friday afternoon.
According to the Indianapolis Fire Department, no one was home at the time of the incident.
IFD was dispatched just before 4:30 Friday afternoon.
According to IFD, the two men in the U-Haul truck were heading south on Boulevard Place when they went off the road and struck a home in the 3100 block of Boulevard Place.
IFD did not state what caused the driver to swerve off of the road.
Damage is estimated at $60,000 and IFD says the family does not have insurance.
