Understanding pancreatic cancer
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – On Wednesday, Jeopardy host Alex Trebek announced that he had been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
Dr. Bert O’Neil, an oncologist at IU Health, stopped by Daybreak on Thursday.
He explained pancreatic cancer, symptoms to be aware of and whether there are any causes of that particular type of cancer.
He also talked about whether either gender or if there are any age groups are more prone to pancreatic cancer.
