USPS holding Indy job fair

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The United States Postal Service is looking to make some hires.

USPS will hold a job fair Friday, Aug. 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Indiana District Conference Center located at 8765 Guion Road in Indianapolis.

The government entity is hoping to fill a number of positions, including city carrier assistants, rural carrier associates, tractor trailer operators, automotive technicians and more.

According to USPS, starting hourly wage for those positions begins at $18.51.

Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced.
