Volunteer lawyers giving free legal advice
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – You can get free legal advice Tuesday.
Licensed attorney’s will be on hand at several locations across the city. It’s all part of the Indianapolis Bar’s Association “Ask a Lawyer” program.
Attorney Ian Goodman stopped by 24-Hour News 8’s studios to discuss the legal advice lawyers will offer.
The Ask a Lawyer program is Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
It will be at 12 locations throughout Indianapolis.
- Hornet Park Community Center, 5245 Hornet Ave., Beech Grove
- La Plaza, 8902 E. 38th St.
- Brightwood Library, 2435 N. Sherman Dr.
- Central Library, 40 E. St. Clair St.
- College Library, 4180 N. College Ave.
- Eagle Library, 3325 Lowry Rd.
- East 38th Street Library, 5420 E. 38th St.
- Glendale Library, 6101 Keystone Ave.
- Haughville Library, 2121 W. Michigan St.
- Lawrence Library, 7898 Hague Rd (note: open until 5 p.m.)
- Pike Library, 6525 Zionsville Rd.
- Southport Library, 2630 E. Stop 11 Rd.
