Warming up this week
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Enjoy a gradual warming trend this week with several chances for rain.
Monday night:
Skies will become partly cloudy as colder air sinks in. Temperatures will fall to the low 40s overnight. Grab the heavier jacket or a coat if you have evening plans.
Tuesday:
Enjoy sunshine and warmer conditions in the afternoon. It’ll be dry and comfortable as temperatures warm to the upper 60s. It will not be as cool at night with increasing clouds. Expect low temperatures in the upper 40s overnight.
Wednesday:
We’ll start the day dry with increasing clouds by afternoon. A few scattered rain showers will develop. Numerous rain showers will move in just in time for the evening commute. Temperatures will warm to the upper 60s in the afternoon.
Thursday:
Prepare for isolated light rain showers in the afternoon and evening.
The warming trend will continue; expect temperatures in mid-70s. Clouds will increase, skies will become mostly cloudy by sunset.
8 Day forecast:
Light rain showers will bring damp conditions to the forecast Friday. Much warmer temperatures are expected this weekend as temperatures return to the 80s. Scattered rain showers will once again develop Sunday. Showers and thunderstorms are expected Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
