INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – As we get into the warmer months of summer, it’s important to stay hydrated.
However, some of your favorite drinks that you think are quenching your thirst might actually be doing the opposite.
Kaitlyn Wong, a dietitian with Community Health, stopped by Daybreak Monday.
She talked about some of the drinks to avoid during the warm weather, including some of the Starbucks favorites, the energy drinks, sweet tea and juice.
Additionally, she discussed some of your better options when trying to stay cool and hydrated in the heat.
